Although our Customer Care Team does their best to accommodate cancellation requests, cancellation possibilities are very limited. Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled. Therefore, we recommend simply returning the package upon receipt (return instructions are included in the package) in accordance with the return conditions outlined in our Online Store T&Cs.
