To redeem, customers must present their order confirmation email showing a valid order number placed during the Promotion Period to the store staff; screenshots or printed copies are acceptable. Each order is entitled to one redemption only, and redemption must be made in person. The redemption is valid for non-alcoholic drinks, excluding signature sets and desserts, and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items. Cancelled, returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
