There is an option to have your online order delivered to 2 of our Australian participating stores, either the Kings St store in Sydney or Collins St store in Melbourne.

Here is how:

1. Shop online

Explore the latest collection at www.hugoboss.com/au and add your selected items to your shopping bag.

2. Select a store

Choose either the Kings St store in Sydney or the Collins St store in Melbourne to collect your online order at checkout.

3. Pick up in store

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified by email to collect your order. Please be sure to present the pick-up notification email so we can locate your order.

Once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you will need to collect it within 14 days. Alternatively, you may also nominate a person to collect your order on your behalf, please email the store and provide the full name of the person collecting your order. The person collecting your order must present an ID that matches the full name provided by you in the email.

If you don't collect your order within 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse and the purchase price will be refunded. Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.
