Return policy

What is your online return policy and how many days do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and unused with original labels attached, qualify for a return.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or missing original labels will not be accepted. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in HUGO BOSS’ sole discretion.

There are 2 options to return your online order.

BY COURIER

To have your return collected directly from your address, please connect to the return portal to create your returns label. Please note that a return fee of AU$ 15 applies for this method and shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

IN STORE

You could also return your online order directly at our Kings St store in Sydney or Collins St store in Melbourne without any additional costs. Please note online returns to other BOSS stores are currently not available yet.

I've made one or more orders, can I put these items into the one parcel to return?

Items purchased over two or more different orders are not able to be sent back to us in one parcel. The items from each order that you are wanting to return must be packed and returned as individual orders. We are not able to accept items from multiple orders being returned in the one parcel.

Can I return an item bought in the HUGO BOSS online store in a BOSS store?

In Australia, there are currently two stores that can accept online returns, the BOSS Kings St store in Sydney and the Collins St store in Melbourne. Please bring your unworn, unwashed and unused items with original labels attached to the store. If possible, please bring along your original packaging. You will be asked for your order number (starting with GE) in order to process your return.

After we have verified your return items, your refund will be processed at the store, and it will go back to the original payment method used to place your online order.

HUGO BOSS Australia does not refund for change of mind.

Please keep your register receipt as proof of purchase.

Within 14 days of purchase, new and unused goods in their original condition that have not been damaged in any way, may be exchanged upon presentation of a valid store receipt or other proof of purchase. You also have certain rights to return your goods under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, where they are faulty or do not match their description).

Change of mind returns (exchange/store credit) do not apply to used, altered or personalized items. Without limiting your rights to return goods under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, where the goods are faulty or do not match their description). Health and Hygiene Laws restricts the return of swimwear, bodywear and hosiery.

In the case that an item is deemed faulty or does not match its description, HUGO BOSS will offer a refund, exchange or store credit for the faulty product in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Store Credit (House Account) can be used in both free-standing HUGO BOSS Stores and Outlets in Australia. Store Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable at our David Jones Concession and HUGO BOSS online stores.

Items purchased within our HUGO BOSS Stores can only be exchanged/returned within the HUGO BOSS store network.

Whom may I contact for an enquiry about HUGO BOSS products, store(s) or online purchase(s)?

HUGO BOSS Customer Care provides after sales service for purchases made at hugoboss.com or in our BOSS or HUGO stores. For purchases made elsewhere, please directly contact the business where the product(s) was purchased.

Are there any refund restrictions?

Personalised merchandise and sealed goods which were unsealed after the delivery, are not eligible for a refund.

Are delivery or return charges refundable?

Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable. For easy returns, please use  the return portal to create your return label* or return your online order directly at the Kings St store in Sydney or Collins St store in Melbourne without any additional costs. Please note returns to other BOSS stores are currently not available yet.

*Please note that a return fee of AU$ 15 applies if you are returning your order by courier pick-up and shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
