As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email including a tracking number. You may click on the tracking number to track your order. Please allow approximately 24 hours for the tracking information to load. 

A delivery notification email is sent upon successful delivery. If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact DHL and provide your tracking number or contact Customer Care.

If you are not present on the delivery date, the DHL driver will leave an "Absence Notification Form" in your mailbox. The delivery notice will contain information on how to pick up your package, including the address and business hours of the nearest DHL service point where your package is being stored.

You can pick up your package at our storage location within 10 days of delivery or request redelivery to DHL before the package is returned to HUGO BOSS. If the package cannot be delivered, a refund will be automatically processed after the returned package arrives.

Additional charges related to shipping, customs, and taxes on your order are not refundable.

The package will be delivered to the specified address in Japan. After clicking ''Proceed to checkout'' from the shopping cart, select ``Delivery to another address'' under ''Delivery information'' on the right side of the shipping screen and enter your desired shipping address. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Since it is not possible to change the delivery address after placing your order, once you receive the shipping completion email, please call DHL Customer Service (0120-39-2580) and provide the package number and delivery address.
