When can I expect the delivery of my order?
Please use the below chart as a guide to estimate the delivery time of your order. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and processed Sunday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Please note, one delivery attempt is generally made until a package is returned as undeliverable.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?
We partner with UPS for all deliveries within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
Which delivery locations are supported for online orders?
It is possible to specify a different delivery address and have the parcel delivered to an address of your choice. Orders may be shipped directly to your home or work address.
The invoice is sent to you at the email address provided.
Alternatively, you may opt for our Click & Collect or Try-in-Store services upon checkout by specifying a BOSS or HUGO Store where you would like to collect or try the item(s) in your order.
Are there any shipping location restrictions?
Orders may not be shipped to hotels or forwarding centers. Additionally, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm, Sark), the Falkland Islands, the Isle of Man or Gibraltar.
