Registration

In order to be able to take advantage of all the benefits of our Online Store, we recommend that you create your own customer account. In order to create your customer account, just click “My HUGO BOSS” at the top right of the page, and then on the button “Next” in the registration section and fill in the registration form. Alternatively, you can conveniently set up your customer account after your first order.

Upgrade account:

Are you a customer of our HUGO BOSS Online Store already, and would like to upgrade to be a My HUGO BOSS customer?

Step 1: Click “My HUGO BOSS” at the top right of the Online Store page

Step 2: Log into your existing customer account by entering your email address and your password

Step 3: Confirm the Privacy Statement and click on “Upgrade now”

Congratulations, you are now a My HUGO BOSS customer!

Merge online and offline accounts:

Do you have an online and an offline account, and would you like to merge them?

Step 1: Click “My HUGO BOSS” at the top right of the Online Store page

Step 2: Log into your existing customer account by entering your email address and your password

Step 3: Open the link “Register your customer number at the HUGO BOSS Experience.” using the button “Upgrade now”.

Step 4: Enter the details that you received by email, confirm the Privacy Statement and click on “Activate now”

Congratulations, you are now a My HUGO BOSS customer!

Activate offline account online:

Do you have an offline account, and would you like to activate it online?

Step 1: Click “My HUGO BOSS” at the top right of the Online Store page

Step 2: Open the link “Activate account with the initial registration details.” using the button “Next”. (On the right-hand side)

Step 3: Enter the details that you received by email

Step 4: Confirm the Privacy Statement and click on “Activate now”

Congratulations, you are now a My HUGO BOSS customer!

You can log in to your existing My HUGO BOSS account at any time and take advantage of its many benefits using your email address and the password that you specified.
