You may check gift card balance online or  on the app by entering the gift card number and PIN.

 You may also request assistance from one of the sales associates in our directly operated BOSS, HUGO or outlet stores.

A gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

We recommend that you handle your gift card with care, just like cash. HUGO BOSS assumes no liability for stolen, lost, damaged or misused gift cards.

You have the right to cancel your gift card order within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as the gift card has not been used. 

The cancellation period begins upon receipt of the gift card.

HUGO BOSS gift cards are not redeemable at any of our partner company brick and mortar stores, outlets, or online shops.

They can only be redeemed online on hugoboss.com, on the app  as well as in our directly owned and operated BOSS, HUGO, and outlet stores.

Gift cards are treated as an alternative to any available payment method offered on our online store, app or directly owned and operated BOSS, HUGO, and outlet stores. 

They must be redeemed within 5 years from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are discount codes, with a series of letters and numbers, issued by HUGO BOSS in the scope of customer service processes and are sent out from time to time with regards to special events and offers and in accordance with specific terms and conditions. 

Vouchers are not available for purchase. 

It is not possible to cash out a gift card.

You can purchase a digital gift card online and on the app. 

Once you have placed an order, you will receive all necessary information regarding your purchase via email. 

The email may be printed or forwarded to another email address for gifting.

Please note that gift cards:
- May have a value between 250 kr * and 2700 kr * per gift card 
- Can be used right away
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be used to purchase another gift card
- Cannot be purchased with a discount

Yes. If you would like to gift the gift card to someone else, you can enter the recipient's email address during the payment process.

Digital gift card order confirmation emails are sent to the email address specified as the 'recipient.' 

If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Vouchers may not be used to purchase a gift card.

Digital gift card(s) have a gross value between 250 kr * and 2700 kr*. 

Please note that the total value when redeeming a single or multiple gift cards per order may not exceed 2700 kr*.

Physical Gift Cards can be purchased in-store with a gross value of up to 2700 kr* per gift card transaction.

Please note that these figures may change from time to time.

We are unable to reload the balance for an already existing gift card. 

However, you are more than welcome to buy a new one.

To redeem gift card(s) online or on the app, you may enter the 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN during the checkout process by selecting gift card as a payment method.

For physical gift cards, your PIN number is located under the silver covering on the back of the card. 

Simply rub off the silver coating to reveal the number.

For digital gift cards, you'll find the PIN number on the email. 

If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, you may combine it with another payment method available in the checkout.

To redeem gift card(s) in one of our directly operated BOSS, HUGO or outlet stores, you may present it at the time of payment, as either the physical card, a print out or show the digital version on your mobile device.

Yes. A combination of a voucher and a gift card can be applied on an order. 

Please note that the voucher code must be entered in the shopping bag before starting the full checkout process, while gift card must be used as a payment method during checkout.

Refunds are issued in the same form as utilised for the payment of your original order.

If you paid for your whole order with a physical or digital gift card:

•The refund is issued on a new physical or digital gift card depending on where you return your order.

If you paid with a combination of physical or digital gift card and another payment method:

•The refund is issued on the alternative payment method first – then the remaining amount is issued on a new gift card.

Your replacement gift card will have the same expiry date as your original gift card. 

Please note, that if you redeemed your gift card(s) online or on the app and return the purchased item(s) to our warehouse, refunds are issued as digital gift cards only.

The logo depends on the store where the gift card was purchased.
