Delivery to stores
What is Click & Collect and how do I select this pick-up option?
To take advantage of a one-on-one session with a personal stylist or simply to browse merchandise in person, we are happy to ship your order to a participating BOSS or HUGO Store.
Here’s how:
1. Shop online
Explore the latest collection at www.hugoboss.com and add your selected item(s) to your shopping bag.
2. Select a store
Step 1 of the checkout allows you to select 'Click & Collect'* and choose a BOSS or HUGO Store, where you would like to collect your package.
3. Pick up in store
Orders to stores are generally delivered within 2-3 business days.
Once your order is ready, a ‘Ready for pickup’ email is sent notifying you of the pick up hours in store.
Please be sure to present a photo ID and the pick up notification email so we can properly identify you.
As soon as your order has reached your selected store, you have 14 days to collect it.
Alternatively, you may also appoint another person to collect the order on your behalf.
Your designated proxy must present a letter of authorisation with your signature along with their photo ID.
If you don't collect your order within 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse and the purchase price will be reimbursed.
Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.
* Payment with Klarna is not possible if you select the Click & Collect option.
What is Try-in-Store and how do I select this delivery option?

3. Pick up in store

4. Try in store
With a pre-booked styling appointment, your assigned personal stylist will prepare a complimentary consultation, guide you on how to care for your items and recommend additional pieces to create the perfect look.
