How do I know my order was successfully placed?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an automatic order confirmation email with an order number. Please note that this email only confirms receipt of your order and is sent to the email address used to place the order.

Can I get my purchase gift packaged?

Yes, you can have your purchase gift packaged. Select the gift package option during checkout. Click here and find out more. All parcels include a complimentary return label along with return instructions and delivery note.

Can I get a shopping bag?

Shopping bags are not included in shipped parcels. This is a beginning step as we embark on a more sustainable journey.

Can I buy products for reselling purposes?

Purchases made online are restricted to consumers only, i.e., individuals, who purchase something neither for commercial purposes nor for independent professional activity, and whose habitual place of residence is in the United Kingdom and who can provide a delivery address there. For this reason, it is not possible to claim tax back on purchases made on hugoboss.com/uk.

Can I place an online order over the phone, email, post or fax?

Orders may only be placed directly on our website at hugoboss.com, or in one of our directly owned and operated stores offering 'Order from Store.'

I did not receive an order confirmation email. Was my order placed?

We recommend that you check your spam/bulk folder in case the confirmation email is sent there. To ensure you receive our email updates, please add our email address to your email list.
